Jake Paul will be taking his fifth professional boxing match against the brother of Heavy Weight champion, Tyson Fury. Tommy Fury has a 7-0 record and is looking to make Paul his eight victory. Both fighters have been taking shots at each other over social media and are now ready to put their hatred for one another in the ring.

Jake Paul is a 24-year-old social media influencer who has a made a name for himself in the boxing world. Paul is 4-0 and has won by TKO in three out of his four fights. Before Paul was a professional boxer, he made a name for himself by his huge following on social media. Paul has more than 17 million followers on Instagram and more than 20 million subscribers on YouTube. Paul’s first boxing match was against Nate Robinson, ex-NBA star, and Paul won by knockout in the first round and won the same way against Ben Askren who is an Olympic wrestling champion. Paul is known for his knockout abilities and his strong jab and is looking to win by knockout again against Fury.

Jake Paul said this about his upcoming fight: “Does he have the heart of his brother or is he just living in the shadow of his brother.” He is referring to his older brother Tyson Fury who is the undisputed Heavy Weight champion of the world.

Tommy Fury is a 22-year-old professional boxer who is also undefeated and is 7-0. Tommy has always lived in a shadow behind his older brother due to his extreme success in the boxing world. Tommy has been fighting professional since 2018 and usually fights two times a year and has won four out of his seven fights by knockout. Fury has also had his fair share in the entertainment community by him and his girlfriend competing in a reality TV show in 2019 where they place second and even took away time from boxing for this show.

The fight will be Dec. 18 Tampa, Fla. They will both be fighting on the main card and the undercard fights are waiting to be announced. Both fighters are fighting for a large purse and for respect for their country. This will be one of the largest boxing events of the year with both fighters trying to prove their spot in the boxing community and in their family.
