We want to congratulate senior Maddie VanderBoegh on achieving such a prestigious award. Maddie was selected as a student athlete of the Paducah Tilghman vs. Belfry game. She was voted to receive this award and said, “When I received it, I was honored because I was the only one who was chosen for it. It really meant something knowing that my coach and others felt like I was worthy enough to be able to receive it.”

She wants to thank her team coach and family for always pushing her to be the best student athlete she can be. In regards to the game, it was a bittersweet ending with it being the last football game she gets to cheer at, but she is so excited about basketball season and to cheer on our school. 

Maddie is involved in the National Honor Society, the Varsity PTHS Cheerleading Team, Beta Club and Student Ambassadors. She is also an honor student. She is an employee at MAKE where she paints, directs and assists parties regularly.
