Happy New Year Paducah Tilghman! 2022 is a symbol of change from our past two years of sorrow, as we try to stay healthy among the still ongoing pandemic. We all look for an escape somewhere, whether that be sports, drawing or listening to music.  

This year I would like to update you all on any upcoming and soon to be released music by some of your favorite artists and some artists you may have never heard of beginning this January with albums from artists like Gunna, The Weeknd, upcoming rapper Cordae and Earl Sweatshirt. I’m personally excited about all of these upcoming projects and recommend all four artists to anyone who hasn’t already experienced their music. 

Towards the end of the month, we’ll reflect on all the music we got while rating albums and singles. I also plan to reach out and take suggestions on artists to look at throughout the year, no matter the genre. 2022 will hopefully be a year of new beginnings for us all, and music is a great way to connect and grow with others, as we take baby steps back to a “normal” way of life.  I look forward to a great year in music and can’t wait to share it with you all!
