The 56th Annual Super Bowl

The 56th Annual Super Bowl took place on Sunday, Feb. 13, at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, Calif. The teams that fought for the win were the Los Angeles Rams and the Cincinatti Bengals.

As the game approached, the coin toss was awarded to the Bengals. They chose to allow the Rams to have the first offensive play. Not long after the game started, Odell Beckham, Jr., scored the first touchdown for the Rams. However, his game time ended when he tore the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee. At this point the Rams were up 7-0 until the Bengals scored a field goal to make the score now 7-3.

During the second quarter of the game, the Rams scored another touchdown, but did not get the one-point conversion. The Bengals pulled through with a touchdown, making the score at the end of the second quarter 13-10. The Rams were winning at halftime.

After the halftime show, both teams came back ready for a win. The Bengals scored a touchdown and a field goal during the third quarter, giving them 20 points total thus far. The Rams scored a field goal during the third quarter, giving them 16 points in total. At this point, the Bengals took the lead at the end of the third quarter.

As the fourth quarter rolled around, not much play was happening. With only about two minutes or less in the game, the Rams scored the winning touchdown. This touchdown was scored by quarterback Matthew Stafford.

The final score for the 56th Annual Super Bowl was 23-20, the Rams taking the win. The team celebrated their victory as the game came to an end.
