Rocket Fired Pizza is easily the most underrated pizza joint in Paducah. They have the most bomb pizzas, and for great prices! They are located at 3235 Olivet Church Road in Paducah. Their insane combos of ingredients make it impossible to not get a good pizza every time you go. I love their handmade crust most of all, called “Super Lift.” They also offer a gluten-free cauliflower crust for anyone who can’t eat gluten. Their new dessert pizzas are awesome, too, and my favorite is the chocolate chip dessert pizza

The afterburner glaze, which most pizza places don’t have, add so much flavor to your pizza. I highly recommend adding one of the five glazes to your pizza. The other four glazes they offer are honey sriracha, house BBQ, basil pesto and buffalo sauce.
