Tom Brady is Back
March 16, 2022
Three-time MVP, seven-time Super Bowl champion and five-time Super Bowl MVP, Tom Brady announced that he is unretiring and coming back for his 23rd NFL season. Tom Brady spent 20 seasons with the Patriots and two seasons and coming back for his third for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Brady is 44-years-old now and still leads the NFL in passing yards and passing touchdowns.
On Feb. 1 of this year Brady announced that he would be retiring from the NFL and would be spending time with his family. Many fans were devastated to see their quarterback retire and see arguably one of the greatest players of all time step away from the game.
Many NFL viewers were skeptical that Tom Brady was actually done, considering that he did not win the Super Bowl or even win the conference championship this year, which also backs up the reason why Brady is coming out of retirement. On his Instagram post Brady said, “We have unfinished business.” This also clarifies the fact that he wants to retire once he wins another Super Bowl. One of the all-time greatest quarterbacks and best player for many generations is coming back to show the league that he is the greatest player to ever play the game and be one of the most decorated players to play the game.
