This week’s special at Just Hamburgers was the mushroom and swiss burger.  It is a double-patty burger with Swiss cheese melted on top, caramelized mushrooms, mayonnaise and a sweet barbeque sauce drizzled in between the two patties.  I have had many of the specials in the past, and I believe that this falls in the middle of the pack. I’m normally not the biggest fan of mushrooms, but they pair perfectly with the sweet barbeque sauce and the tangy mayo, and I really enjoyed it.  This burger is definitely worth a try.
