These Summer Suggestions Will Keep You Busy

Ansley Hamilton

Summer is getting closer and closer with two and a half months left of school for students.

Summer can be fun, or boring. When you have the house to yourself for the summer, it can seem uninteresting because you are not constantly doing something productive. School keeps students busy, and you do not have time to really be bored.

So, what are some things you can do this summer?

My first option would be going to the lake. If your parents do not own a boat, do not worry. There are many more things to do at the lake without a boat. One thing you can do at the lake is going to one of the beaches provided for the public. You can also go to a campground on the lake with beaches there too.

On the other hand, if you do have a boat, you can do things such as tubing, wake boarding, surfing, fishing, floating on rafts and much more.

Another suggestion I highly recommend doing this summer is going the Greenway Trail at Noble Park. The Greenway Trail offers people to walk or run 2.7 miles and is also a great source of exercise.

Lastly, another activity suggestion during this summer is to go mudding. Mudding consists of riding four wheelers and side-by-sides off-road in wet fields, streams, lakebeds or other muddy areas. You should forget clean fun while mudding. You will never have so much fun getting dirty with your friends.
