The McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Program is a primary piece of legislation related to the education of children and youth experiencing homelessness. Ms.Anderson helps Paducah Tilghman Students take advantage of this who are in need. This is a program for Children and youth who are having economic issues. This could be living in motels, hotels trailer parks, cars and public places, it is not always living directly on the street.
