On Friday, October 23, 2020 members of the Paducah Tilghman High School Football Team were quarantined due to a player testing positive for COVID-19.  This quarantine devasted not only the players excited for the homecoming game that night, but also the fans, cheerleaders, and homecoming court participants.  As with all quarantine procedures set in Kentucky those who were exposed to the player were placed under a mandatory two-week quarantine.  This two-week quarantine is now almost up, and everyone is anticipating the return of football season and the possible rescheduling of the homecoming court.

Well, anticipate no further because football is back on Friday, November 13 at Paducah Tilghman against Trigg County.  Not only will this be a district home game, but it will also be the rescheduling of the homecoming court. Make sure to come out and show your support for the football team and show we appreciate them and missed them these past two weeks.  The team is excited to finally get back to playing some football for the first time in over two weeks.  Remember social distancing and wearing a mask is required in the stands, however, do not let that stop you from coming to show support for our players.  Kickoff will be at 7 and homecoming court crowning will be during halftime.  Remember there is no guarantee for another game after this so come enjoy the game before it is too late.
