Kennedy Franklin, Editor in Chief
Kennedy is the Editor in Chief of the Tilghman Bell and is a senior at Paducah Tilghman High School. She is involved in Pep Club, Concert Choir, Concordia, Beta Club, National Honors Society, and is the president of PTHS FCCLA. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, singing, reading and taking pictures.
