Crosby, Texas – A construction worker was killed and another remains in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle on Crosby Freeway (US 90) early Saturday morning, authorities said.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office reported that a man in his early 20s was driving eastbound when he swerved out of his lane and hit two workers performing pavement maintenance.
